Sector Trends

GFS and Deskmind Research offer “Sector Trends”, industry and sector reports defining household consumption framework and trends since 2006 in Spain. These reports are based on the historical data of the EPF (Household Consumption Survey) from the INE (Spanish National Institute of Statistics).

“Sector Trends” provides unrivalled access, within 24hrs, to in-depth reports, covering over 300 sectors within 21 industries, defining household consumption framework and trends in Spain since 2006. “Sector Trends” is an elaboration based on the EPF microdata provided by the INE:

All data files have been downloaded since 2006. They have been tabulated longitudinally (by years) and transversely (by targets/household profiles).

The results have been systematized to allow immediate interpretation and visualization of historical series, variation rates, etc.

You will receive a complete report in excel format.

The idea is that you can “copy and paste” the Sector Trends data to include it in presentations, either directly or by modifying the infographics or generating your graphics.

You can publish and distribute partial data as long as you refer to the source: “DSK Sector Trends- INE EPF”.

To distribute reports to users outside your organization, you must have our explicit authorization.

The data are updated annually from the moment the INE publishes the microdata base for the previous year.

Sector trends differ from other consumer panels in three fundamental aspects:

  • Sector Trends primary data comes from a public source (the Spanish National Statistical Institute); Deskmind analyses and sytemathayses this data to allow for immediate interpretation and visualization.
  • Sector Trends does not analyze brands.
  • Sector Trends is updated annually (when the INE publishes the microdata).
